1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ChefLagbe.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ChefLagbe acts as a technology platform connecting Customers with independent verified Home Cooks and Professional Chefs.
2. Escrow Payment & 4-Digit Security Handshake
When booking a cook, payment funds are placed in a secure Escrow Hold state. Funds are released to the cook only after mutual verification of the 4-digit security PIN at the customer location.
3. Ingredient Fulfillment Models
- Model A (Labor Only): Customer is solely responsible for supplying fresh, wholesome ingredients and spices.
- Model B (Cook Sourcing): Cook purchases ingredients from local markets. Itemized receipts are presented upon arrival.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 2 hours prior to scheduled cooking time qualify for a 100% escrow refund.
