We collect user profile details (Name, Phone Number, Delivery Address), location coordinates for geospatial matching, and e-KYC identification documents (NID / Smart Card scans) for cook verification.
2. Security of e-KYC Documents
All submitted NID document scans and biometric selfies are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards and inspected strictly by authorized ChefLagbe Super Admin operations personnel.
